Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
- If you receive a wrong product.
- If the product is damaged upon delivery.
Note: To process your refund, an unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video, refund requests will not be accepted.
Return/Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and it will credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, the following conditions apply:
- A size exchange fee of ₹200 is applicable.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Share the required unboxing video showing the issue with the product.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Conditions for Return or Refund Approval
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened for the first time.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
